I’m Julian Goldie, CEO of Goldie Agency. For the last 5 years I’ve been helping websites land more backlinks, increase their rankings on Google and make money with their websites.
We’re looking for a YouTube Ads expert who can increase client sales and course sales.
You’ll get a monthly salary + monthly bonuses for hitting those targets. Plus we’ll also invest in your training and development.

Your Mission:
You’ll have 2 KPIs:
- Increase the number of clients we land from YouTube Ads
- Increase the number of course sales we get from YouTube Ads
About Us:
We help websites rank higher on Google, get more customers and grow their business by building backlinks.
We have a global team, but you’d mostly be working closely with me and my project manager.
You will earn a bonus each month for hitting client acquisition and course sales goals.
I have the systems setup for landing sales from cold traffic - CRM, funnels, analytics etc - you’d just need to work our campaign daily to increase the number of sales we get.
I also have a lot of experience with creating videos and I can create any ads you require as soon as you need them:

About The Role:
You’ll remotely work full-time on our YouTube Ads campaign, focusing on increasing conversions and landing more clients.
I’m looking to hire ASAP for this role. The job is crucial to this business because acquiring clients is an important part of growing this business.

You’ll be reporting directly to me, the founder of the company. I’ll give you advice, guidance and training - and if you’re ambitious and results focused, there will be plenty of opportunities to advance your career.
Skills Required:
- Results Focused: This role is all about increasing the number of new clients and course sales we get from YouTube Ads. You need to understand exactly how to increase conversions and land more sales from advertising. You should have proven experience of doing this already.
- B2B or marketing agency experience: Ideally you have experience of getting sales/conversions with YT ads in the B2B space - particularly with marketing/SEO - it’ll help you a lot in your application
- Available during Asia business hours – I’m based in Asia so it’d be ideal if you can communicate with me during my timezone - at least 50% of the time - as we’ll be working closely together.
- Marketing: You understand marketing, how to turn cold traffic into sales and how to create offers that convert.
